Last week Hurricane Laura, one of the most powerful hurricanes ever to hit the U.S., struck the Louisiana coast killing at least 14 people. The total extent of the damage may not be known for days but about 200,000 people in Louisiana have no access to water and more than 500,000 homes and businesses went without power after neighborhoods were destroyed. But is this just the beginning? This week we are joined by Chris Bianchi, a Spectrum networks senior weather producer and meteorologist. Movie theaters have reopened in 44 states. Despite the fact just last week there were 300,000 new cases of COVID and 5,900 deaths. With movies like Tenet, Bill and Ted, and The New Mutants coming out, theater chains are hoping people will come back in order to save the industry. This week we talk about the decision process to reopen, our feelings on headed back to the movies, and we try to understand who will go. We also share our thoughts on Netflix's new movie Work It and Peanut Butter Falcon which is streaming on Hulu.
